Avital Hotel - Jerusalem

The cozy kitchenette was a lifesaver, especially during Shabbat when nearby restaurants were closed, great to prepare our own meals conveniently.

The walls and light switches in our apartment were noticeably dirty, which affected the overall cleanliness feel of the room.

The family apartment served as a cozy base with a practical kitchenette for making quick meals. A nice added touch was the comfort of having a dedicated space to unwind after exploring.

The upgrade confusion left me with a room that felt more limited than expected, combined with occasional cleanliness issues like dirty light switches.

We had an amazing breakfast with local traditional food and good coffee, as example included.

Spacious room with the bedroom as well as mini-kitchen. Good choice of food for breakfast including cookies and refreshments.

Consistently courteous people working here, quiet little place. Excellent meals. Family ambiance in a central setting. Connected to a train station walk from the hotel. Excellent base for exploring Jerusalem.

Being owner/family managed, they were always happy to please us and went out of their way to accomodate us. The personal touches coupled with a clean and sizeable room made our stay comfortable.Our unit had a large outside balcony and a good view of the neighbourhood.

The hotel didn't have a lift and carrying our heavy bags up and down three flights of stairs,was extremely exhausting.

The location was perfect. Next to the open market, promenade, and hotel.

The spacious family apartment had a large comfortable bed and was clean. The kitchenette was a huge plus during Shabbat, and the location was fantastic, with the light railway just outside and the vibrant market a minute away. It was great to have various restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming , helpful and made you feel at home.The location was good and within walking distance to Ben Yehuda & the old city. Right next to Machaneh yehuda where all your food can be obtained. Breakfasts were very adeqate. The hotel/flatlet is equiped for shabbat cooking if you want. No elevater but help is available to carry your bags if you are on a higher floor. Rooms were always clean & have been renovated recently.We think it was value for what we paid

We were welcomed by the owner. There are only 9 rooms. Quiet, clean, and with perfect service. The breakfast pushes you throughout the day.Close to the Old City and means of transportation. Highly recommended.I Would come back to this place.

The small kitchenette was a lifesaver during Shabbat, nice for self-catering when nearby restaurants were closed. The lack of soundproofing meant occasional noise disruptions, and while the experience was enjoyable, the accommodations felt a bit basic for the price.

The nicest and most helpful hosts I've ever met! They turned my stay into wonderful experience. Location is very convenient. Apartment was with a view. Free Internet and coffee made my day. Market round the corner is absolutely great. Overall a very pleasant stay, I definitely recommend it to everybody.

Steep stairs may be a problem with the luggage, but I got help from my hosts with this too.

Staff is very kind. You feel like home. You can use free Wifi. Rooms made proper every day. Trams is still testriding but if it's working in september you can go easily to the old city.
